Our shipping and return policies

We accept payment by all Major Credit/Debit cards plus Paypal, cash, cheque, Bank Draft or Postal Orders. We are Pay Pal verified account holders. We do not make any surcharge for Paypal payment.

For Payment by Personal/Business Cheque please allow 7 days for the cheque to clear. Items cannot be dispatched before the cheque is cleared.

Please make all cheques, Bank Drafts and Postal Orders payable to Jorily. NOT Jo Rily or J. Orily

PLEASE NOTE: Surface mail shipping to USA and Canada can take up to approx. 8 weeks and to Australia and New Zealand up to Approx. 12 weeks. Any customer opting for this shipping method should be aware of this.

Refunds/Returns

All items are inspected before packaging and dispatch. All returns have to be by prior agreement and NO returns will be accepted after 7 working days of receipt. Only in the unlikely event that the item proves to be faulty after being returned and inspected and at our discretion will a replacement be offered if available or a refund be given. If the item is returned as simply unwanted, this must be returned at the customers expense and the item must be in it's original packaging and only the purchase price of the item will be refunded, we do not refund postage on unwanted returned items.

Sometimes it is necessary to send items of a different make if we do not have a certain make in stock, but the item sent will always be of similar quality. We cannot always inform you of this before your order is dispatched.

RETURNS POLICY FOR SKODA PARTS

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT A PART IS FAULTY, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE PART. IF YOU HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG PART YOU CAN RE TURN IT AT YOUR OWN COST, BUT THE PART MUST NOT HAVE BEEN FITTED AND MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND AS IT WAS SENT TO YOU. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS ALSO A 20% RE-STOCKING CHARGE FOR RETURNED PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN INCORRECTLY ORDERED BY YOURSELF. GUARANTEE ON PARTS VARIES, BUT TO BE ELIGIBLE YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF WHEN THE PART WAS FITTED AND THAT IT WAS FITTED BY A COMPETENT PERSON (I.E A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN)

SORRY BUT SPECIALLY ORDERED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE UNABLE TO COMPENSATE FOR LABOUR CHARGES ON FAULTY PARTS.
Claims are limited to the value of the parts at the time of purchase. 

ITEMS RECEIVED THAT YOU SUSPECT MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN THE POST CAN BE CLAIMED FOR BY YOURSELF VIA ROYAL MAIL BY FILLING IN A CLAIM FORM WHICH YOU CAN OBTAIN FROM YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE WITH YOUR CLAIM AND DON'T FORGET TO HANG ON TO THE DAMAGED ITEM JUST IN CASE ROYAL MAIL ASK TO SEE IT.

ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED BEFORE THEY LEAVE US FOR QUALITY AND DAMAGE.

PLEASE DON'T ASK FOR PARCELS LEAVING IN PORCHES OR BEHIND DUSTBINS OR THROWING OVER FENCES, WE WON'T DO IT. IF THE ITEM WON'T FIT THROUGH THE LETTER BOX IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOUR LOCAL ROYAL MAIL SORTING OFFICE AND THE POSTMAN WILL LEAVE A CARD, OR IF IT IS A COURIER DELIVERY (I.E DHL) AND NO ONE IS HOME THE DELIVERY WILL BE RETURNED TO THE DEPOT AND THE COURIER WILL LEAVE A CARD

BY BUYING PARTS FROM US YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOVE.

OCCASIONALLY THERE ARE ERRORS IN OUR STOCK AND WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO FULFIL YOUR ORDER WITHIN THE NORMAL TIME SCALE, WE WILL OF COURSE INFORM YOU OF ANY DELAYS. SOME LARGER ITEMS PARTICULARLY TUNING PARTS SUCH AS EXHAUSTS AND SPRINGS MAY TAKE 10-15 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY. SOME ITEMS MAY ALSO BE SENT FROM OUR WAREHOUSE IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC AND MAY TAKE 5-10 WORKING DAYS TO ARRIVE ONCE DISPATCHED. ORDERING MODEL CARS: WHEN ORDERING MODEL CARS EITHER VV MODEL BRAND OR ABREX PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A WAITING TIME OF APPROX 10-15 WORKING DAYS. THERE MAY ALSO BE TIMES WHEN CERTAIN COLOUR AND CERTAIN MODELS ARE OUT OF STOCK WITH THE SUPPLIER SO A ALTERNATIVE WILL BE OFFERED OR A REFUND GIVEN. NORMAL DISPATCH METHODS ARE VIA ROYAL MAIL FOR SMALL ITEM AND DHL ARE SIMILAR COURIER FOR LARGER ITEMS (UK) AND ALL ITEMS ARE NORMALLY DISPATCHED WITHIN 2-3 WORKING DAYS UNLESS WE NOTIFY YOU OTHERWISE.

Lost Order Information

Please read all information below before contacting us regarding a possible lost order.

UK Orders:

Normally sent by 1st class mail which takes approx 2-3 days for delivery. Please allow 15 working days (Mon-Sat) before reporting a UK order as missing (Royal Mail Guidelines). Royal Mail say this 15 working day delivery time allows them time to check addresses that may be incorrect or re-package damaged parcels etc. The only delivery service guaranteed quicker would be to pay for a Next Day Delivery or Courier Service. Orders are covered for a maximum of £30 unless Recorded or Next Day Delivery option has been paid for. During periods of adverse weather conditions or Royal Mail Postal Strikes we would need to extend the time for delivery accordingly. 

Overseas Orders: 

Normally sent by Airmail which takes approx 1-2 weeks for delivery Please allow 25 working days before reporting an overseas order as missing (Royal Mail Guidelines). Royal Mail say this is to allow time for the parcel to clear customs and be delivered by your Countries local postal service. The only delivery service guaranteed quicker would be to pay for a Courier Service (although International Insured may speed up your order slightly this cannot be guaranteed). All orders over £30 are sent by Airmail Insured to cover you fully against loss. 

During periods of adverse weather conditions or Royal Mail Postal Strikes we would need to extend the time for delivery accordingly.

Lost Order Form:

After the allowed delivery time has passed please contact us and give your order number, full name and address. We will then email or post you a Lost Order Form (Royal Mail Rule). You must complete this P91 Form and return it to us within 10 days to confirm non-receipt of the original order - without this completed form we cannot arrange a refund or replacement. Once the form has been received and approved we will either send a replacement order or issue a refund, however we may decide to wait on approval of the loss from Royal Mail before deciding on a course of action e.g. for higher value orders or when a second parcel is lost to the same person/address as that would point to a localised problem in a certain sorting office. Missing orders are rare but when they do happen we have to follow this procedure.

The steps for missing parcels are as follows:

- Wait upto 15 working days for delivery in UK and 25 working days for delivery Overseas for delivery. 

- Contact Jorily giving order number, full name and address.

- Complete and return Lost Order Form to Jorily within 10 days.

- Once Royal Mail approve the claim then can we send refund or replacement order. 

Royal Mail's P91 Lost Order Form consists of 3 questions:

- Have you received the item? 

- When did you notify Jorily it was missing?

- Have you already reported this item as missing to Royal Mail?

Royal Mail can refuse the claim for several reasons such as:

- More than two claims made to the same address over the past 12 months

- Address is incomplete

- Same complaint has been submitted direct from the customer

- Completed Lost Order Form has not been returned from the customer

NOTES:

If you need your items urgently it is advised that you re-order them through Jorily.com and when / if Royal Mail accept your P91 Form for loss we can then refund you for your original order. If you do not return your P91 Form to us within 10 days we will not be able to reimburse you for any lost order and your claim will be rejected. If Royal Mail refuse your claim after you have been refunded or received a replacement from Jorily then you may be invoiced for this replacement/refund depending on the reason for the refusal i.e. if the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address.

No claim will be dealt with until 15 working days have passed for UK orders and 25 working have passed for Overseas orders. All times are based on posting date not order date.
